A 1980 Cape Dory Typhoon Daysailer “The Tomatoe”


A 1980 Cape Dory Typhoon Daysailer designed by famous marine architect Carl Alberg. It was once owned by the famous Chef Boyardee and had been painted red and named “TOMATOE!”
It has been completely restored including the following:
   -Boat stripped of all hardware and woodwork
   -Fiberglass completely restored inside and out
   -New AWL-Grip paint
   -All wood replaced with new Mahogany  
   -Wood coated with epoxy based AWL Wood Bright Work System in high gloss
   -Deck repaired and coated with non-skid material
   -New mast, mast hardware and boom
   -New standing and running rigging
   -All Hardware is the original Spartan Bronze

    -New main and working jib sails
   -Spartan Motor Mount
